Our Process
We create AI software unlike any others.
We will not try to force you to use an "off-the-shelf" product. Instead, we build our software by following a simple philosophy – we learn your processes then we build AI to optimize and improve.
After our initial consultation, our AI programming staff will visit and job shadow your personnel. We will ask questions and learn how you conduct business. We will then start teaching our AI-based software. This process might take a few weeks to a few months. But at the end, you will obtain AI that seamlessly integrates into your business. There will be little to no training for your employees, as our software will conduct business the way everyone else does, with the only difference being it will calculate several million solutions and generate the most optimized one imaginable!

Dr. Higgins is the Chief Executive Officer of HubEdge. Previously, he has been Chair of the University of North Dakota Aviation Department and is a full Professor with tenure. During his time as Chair, Jim oversaw the largest collegiate aviation program in the world with a department having over 50 direct reports and annual operational and research budgets exceeding $20 million. Prior to his academic career, Jim was a former airline pilot and led a labor union with over 3,000 pilots. He brings an extensive track record working in flight operations, relational database theory and flight data monitoring in the public and private sector. With this track record of success in aviation, Jim brings an extensive network of subject matter experts and valued relationships.
